TLO Business Solutions is a business and consulting services company
established after years of proven results and supported by the personal
strengths of founder Ana L. Macias. Her dedication to the success of your
company is based on more than ten years of experience supporting other
small business owners and startup companies in San Diego, CA and New
York, NY.
Ana has supported local businesses and international non-profit
organizations by bringing her organizational skills to prepare for and
monitor yearly audits, create structure to current operations, liaise between
staff and Board of Directors, manage daily operations, among other
responsibilities. Her close involvement in these companies taught her the
importance of establishing the correct structure in the early stages of
development in order to carry the company's growth and avoid unnecessary
costs, wasted time, and chaos; hence, the creation of TLO Business
Solutions.
Ana is a native San Diegan and earned a B.A. in Business Administration
and Management from San Diego State University's College of Business,
and a M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations with a focus on
International Organizations and International Economics from
The Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton
Hall University in South Orange, NJ. She is fluent in both Spanish and
Italian, after having studied, worked and lived in Italy on several different
occasions.
